Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getvykra.com (the "Site") and your participation in the VYKRA, Inc. ("VYKRA," "we," "us," or "our") early access waitlist. By submitting your email address on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What VYKRA Is Right Now

VYKRA is currently in a pre-launch validation stage. The Site does not provide a live financial product, financial advice, banking services, or credit services. The Site exists to share information about VYKRA's upcoming product and to collect interest from prospective early users through a waitlist.

2. The Waitlist and Early Access Offer

By submitting your email, you join our waitlist. As a founding member, we intend to offer you 12 months of free access to VYKRA when it launches, at no cost and with no credit card required at signup. This offer:

• Is a good-faith intention based on current plans and is not a binding contract for future service

• May be modified prior to launch if circumstances require, in which case we will notify waitlist members

• Is contingent on VYKRA successfully launching a product

We make no guarantee as to the launch date of VYKRA, and joining the waitlist creates no obligation on VYKRA's part to launch a product or to provide service to you.

3. Referral Program

Where offered, our pre-launch referral program allows waitlist members to refer others in exchange for additional benefits (such as lifetime free access). Referral terms in effect at the time of your referral will govern, and we may modify or end the referral program at any time before launch.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any statistics, results, or founder experiences referenced on the Site are illustrative and describe one household's outcome; they are not a guarantee of results for any other person.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent information when joining the waitlist

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The VYKRA name, logo, and all content on the Site are the property of VYKRA, Inc. and may not be used without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYKRA, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the waitlist.

9. Changes to These Terms

As VYKRA approaches launch, these Terms will be replaced with a full Terms of Service governing the live product, including any financial data handling, subscription terms, and applicable regulatory disclosures. We will notify waitlist members before those updated terms take effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
