VYKRA, Inc. ("VYKRA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit getvykra.com (the "Site") and join our early access waitlist, how we use it, and the choices available to you. VYKRA is currently in a pre-launch validation phase. We do not yet operate a live financial product, and this policy applies only to the waitlist and informational Site described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Email address. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide.

• Usage and device data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, including pages viewed, time on page, device type, and general location (city/region level, derived from IP address).

• Advertising data. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and to understand which ads led visitors to the Site. This may involve cookies and similar tracking technologies placed by Meta.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Notify you when VYKRA launches and manage your early access offer

• Operate our referral program, where applicable

• Understand and improve the Site and our messaging

• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and at this stage we are not collecting or processing any financial account data, bank information, or credit data.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited information with the following third parties solely to operate the Site and waitlist:

• Beehiiv — stores your email address and manages waitlist communications

• Google Analytics (GA4) — provides aggregate Site usage analytics

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — provides advertising measurement

Each of these providers maintains its own privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your email address with advertisers.

4. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies associated with Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions but will not prevent you from joining the waitlist.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on the waitlist or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the default retention policies of Google Analytics and Meta.

6. Your Choices

You may at any time:

• Unsubscribe from waitlist emails using the link in any email we send

• Request that we delete your email address from our records

• Ask us what information we hold about you

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

As VYKRA moves from waitlist to a live product, this Privacy Policy will be substantially updated to reflect the financial data we will handle at that stage. We will notify waitlist members of material changes before launch.
